Two mystery categories

No pre-registration required.
Judging begins at 3 pm at the Mille Lacs County Fairgrounds.
Meet under the Entertainment Pavillion.
Historical Costume Fashion Show

The Flower Show and judging will be held at the Princeton Depot (Mille Lacs County Historical Society) on July 4th. Entries must be received by 10 am on July 4th and will be on display until 2 pm. Entries will be judged by local Master Gardeners.

Princeton Residential Garden Contest

Home Garden Contests benefit more than just the people who participate. Growing a home garden also rewards loved ones, friends, neighbors and passersby's. Thank you for being a part of enhancing our community for American's 250th Birthday Celebration! Good luck!

 

To qualify, your garden must be accessible to the public and you must reside within the city limits of Princeton.

 

2 categories:

  • Home Garden

  • Curb Appeal: Planters, fountains, walkways, or window boxes (all must be located in the front of your property)

 

Judges will drive/walk by your garden between June 28 and July 3rd. 

 

First place: $100

Second place: $50

 

No cost to enter.

Registration closes June 24th.

 

Winners will be announced July 4th at 2 pm at the Mille Lacs County Historical Society.
